We take pride in creating quality journals, planners, trackers, labels, bookmarks, stickers, and stationery items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains what you can do.
No Return on Digital Products
All digital downloads (PDFs or printable files) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Returns for Physical Products
Eligibility
We accept returns on physical items only if:
- The product arrived damaged,
- The product you received is incorrect, or
- There is a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 3–7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Non-returnable items
- Used, opened, or damaged-by-customer products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
Refund
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund:
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
How to Request a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will guide you through the next steps.
Returns
If the return is due to:
- If there is an error (wrong item, damaged product), we return the product cost.
- If a customer mistake occurs (wrong address entered, missed delivery), the product cost is non refundable.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not shipped.
Digital products cannot be cancelled after payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Please check your bank/UPI account.
- Contact your bank/payment processor
